Is childcare right for me?

If you’re enthusiastic and energetic, and enjoy working with children, this project is a perfect fit for you.

Thinking about a career involving childcare work or teaching? This project is a great way to gain experience and learn from local caregivers. You’ll also learn about early childhood development and put it into practice at your placement.

No requirements needed. You'll receive comprehensive induction and 24/7 support from our staff.

What will I do?

Childcare Projects have a wide scope for you to get involved. You’ll work in kindergartens, day cares, or community centers.

Promote Development

Help children master basic skills like counting and the alphabet. Be creative with games, songs, dance, or art to prepare them for formal schooling.

Special Needs Care

Provide individual attention to children with special needs. Assist with games, tasks, and practical needs like getting ready for the day.

Create Resources

Make visual aids like flashcards and alphabet cards. These handmade resources are sustainable and continue to help after you leave.

Aims & Impact

The main aim is to promote and invest in early childhood development, the most crucial stage in life. Preschools are often overcrowded, so your support is vital.

We focus on community-based programs, not orphanages. Our major goals are to improve children’s English, increase literacy, and improve quality of life for those with disabilities.

Management Plans

We use Management Plans to properly plan your work and measure our impact annually through our Global Impact Report.
