To make sure you have the support you need to enjoy your trip worry-free, we have numerous processes and systems in place. Our staff is on hand to assist you around-the-clock and will make sure you feel comfortable in your lodging and placement.
No other supplier, in our opinion, gives their volunteers and interns the safety and protection that we do. At the core of all we do are safety and support.

Well-Trained Staff
No matter where a team member is located or what their job entails, we make sure they receive the best vetting, training, and care possible. The employees you deal with in every location are Beyond Boundaries Abroad representatives, so you can be sure you’re getting the greatest assistance possible.
In reality, a large portion of our personnel has personally volunteered with us. Some of them have been with us for more than ten years. This indicates that they are aware of what it’s like to engage in such an event.
When you arrive, a member of our local staff will meet you at the airport, check your accommodations, and provide you with a complete induction and safety briefing. In case of emergency, you or a member of your family back home can call one of our 24-hour emergency numbers.
Completely Vetted Accommodation
Most of our interns and volunteers reside with a host family in the area. Each of our host families has been carefully selected for their friendliness, comfort, and safety. Our knowledgeable staff thoroughly inspects the family, their house, and the neighborhood both before and during your visit.
In order to make your stay social and allow you to share your experience with others who share your interests, we also try to pair you up with a fellow volunteer or intern.
A Customized Service
To us, you are more than a number. Making ensuring you get the most out of your stay is something our staff members are enthusiastic about. Before you depart, throughout your Project, and after you return home, we stay in contact with you.
You will have a specific supervisor assigned to you. They are the first to realize if there are any security or safety hazards because they are intimately familiar with the neighborhood. They'll be there to keep you safe and secure.
