If staying with a host family isn’t possible, shared apartments or guesthouses are available, fostering international friendships and offering comfort and safety. Additional options include hotels and guesthouses, giving you a variety of lodging choices to suit your experience.

Initially starting as a homestay initiative, we now offer comprehensive arrangements - including accommodation, meals, and transportation—so participants can focus on meaningful volunteer work and cultural exchange. Our programs typically involve living with host families, working alongside locals, and engaging with global issues, fostering practical skills and international friendships. How Does it Work?

Beyond Boundaries Abroad offers life-changing volunteer projects and internships in the developing world, where you choose your activity and schedule, pay a fee, and receive expert support, hassle-free arrangements, and impactful projects addressing specific issues like conservation or gender equality. With over five years of experience, we facilitate long-term, meaningful change through year-round initiatives. The process includes researching projects, applying with a $300 deposit, receiving personalized support, preparing with pre-departure resources, making flexible payments, and arriving for an induction before embarking on an unforgettable experience that fosters friendship, learning, and global impact.

Our Pricing Structure

Our prices include accommodation, meals, airport transfers, orientation, transport, local support, emergency assistance, training, social activities, certification, alumni benefits, visa support, and social media group access, but exclude flights, visas, and insurance. To join, a $300 deposit is required, with the balance due a month before your trip; costs vary by project and duration, with flexible payment plans available. Extensions are easy to add, with clear pricing. Discounts are offered for group, family, alumni, and multi-project participants, including $150 vouchers for alumni and up to 5% off for families volunteering together.
